Program Profile
Our Independent Living Program (ILP) provides safe and secure housing for youths, ages 18-21, for up to three years. The ILP program provides a structured setting in which youths will receive guidance while gaining the skills necessary for living independently. Youth will work individually with our professional management team to create an individualized case plan that focuses on education, employment and benefits, independent living skills, money management, health and mental health stability, permanent housing, and fostering permanent supportive relationships. Youths who reside in our ILP have opportunities to participate in community service events, cultural events, and outdoor education trips during their stay. Youth work with their Life Coach to transition back into permanent supportive housing, or to live independently.
